Transit times will vary depending on your distance from the baron*cards shipping location in Southern Ontario, Canada. US CUSTOMERS NOTE: Transit times indicated above are for the continental USA. Standard Shipping to Hawaii and the Yukon can take up to 15 business days and Express Shipping can take up to 6 business days. Where applicable, additional Customs or Duty charges for shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. We currently ship to destinations within North America, offering one shipping destination per order. International orders are unsupported at this time, but if you wish to express interest in our products and you reside outside of Canada or the United States, please get in touch.
Orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, and Priority Courier depending on the method selected and the destination. Once your order has left the production facility, you will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with your shipping details, along with a Tracking Number and link to the carrier's website where you can track your package. If you do not receive your package within the transit times outlined above, please be sure to contact us. We do our best to provide the most up-to-date information, however, cannot be responsible for content published on the shipment carrier's website. If you experience difficulty with any of the details of your Shipment Confirmation please do not hesitate to contact us.
There are two types of product eligible for return: 1) Goods damaged in transit, and 2) Delivery of goods that do not match your confirmed order. If you have an item you wish to return, we require that you contact us by phone within 24 hours of receipt (delivery), and we will do our best to find a solution. If goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging. You will be asked to take a digital photo of the packaging, so please do this prior to disassembly. If we have made a mistake at our end, we will reprint your order or issue you credit for the amount (before shipping) to be used towards the purchase of any products. Please note that items cannot be returned based on color. Color display will vary slightly from monitor to monitor. If you are unsure of your color selection, order a Sample Pack prior to production. We can only reprint or offer credit for items containing typographical errors when the printed piece differs from your approved proof. If you require reprinting due to an oversight at your end, you will be required to cover the full cost of the reprint. We highly recommend that you ask several people to review your digital proof - often, a 'fresh pair of eyes' are all that is needed to catch errors in proofing.
