Purchase Agreement
By providing payment information and submitting your payment to the Company, you agree to exchange monetary units in the form of US Dollars to cover related taxes and shipping (where applicable) for the delivery of goods or services, as outlined in the order form received by Ecoluxe Paper Goods from you, the customer. You are NOT entitled to any design copyright, nor are you authorized to copy any product for personal or professional use, or resell any portion of the products or services purchased from the Company. While every attempt is made to gather accurate order information from you, there is the possibility of error in the ordering process. Once your order has been received, you will be receive a database-generated receipt from Ecoluxe Paper Goods. Please review this receipt to confirm order and payment details. If a discrepancy has occurred, Ecoluxe Paper Goods will work with you until a satisfactory solution has been settled upon. In the event that you wish to return or exchange a product or service, you will need to comply with our requirements. Please review our return policy here.
Credit Card Payments
Ecoluxe Paper Goods uses the highest encryption for sensitive data transfer. Our shopping cart will seamlessly transit to a single-step, secure Checkout page which uses a SSL (secure socket layer) Certificate issued to EcoluxePaperGoods.com. You can verify the security of the web page once the website address has switched to the encrypted Checkout page - the web URL will be preceeded by an "https://" protocol, and a security lock icon will appear in your browser window (bottom/top right depending on the browser). Your credit card data will be encrypted as it is passed to our payment processor, and upon approval your order will be reflected on your credit card statement as a purchase at "ECOLUXE PAPER GOODS ". By purchasing goods using your credit card, you are also subject to your financial institution's Terms and Conditions. For your shopping convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Funds will be processed at the current US Dollar rate. All other currencies will be exchanged at the current rate by the cardholder's financial institution.
PLEASE NOTE: we do NOT store your credit card information anywhere in our system. If you decide to make a purchase with us again after your initial transaction, please be prepared to place a new order where you will be required to enter your credit card information.
Product and Service Delivery
Ecoluxe Paper Goods' brands and designers use third-party providers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator Courier, or other courier services to deliver tangible goods. Products are appropriately packaged for this method of delivery, however, in the event you receive damaged goods, please refer to the Returns section of this website. Due to the nature of the Internet, web-based services may be subject to unexpected downtime beyond the control of Ecoluxe Paper Goods. In this case, all efforts will be made to ensure the timely reinstatement of services. Any interruption in service, expected or unexpected, will be acknowledged in a service bulletin which will inform affected parties of the current and projected status of services. You will encounter web links that will take you outside of the "ecoluxepapergoods.com" domain. Please be advised that any external website policies or procedures may differ from this website's Terms of Service, and we cannot accept responsibility for content presented outside of the ecoluxepapergoods.com domain.

Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or the Company, you must immediately discontinue use of this Site and promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise. Note that certain provisions of this Agreement (User Comments, Site Contents, Feedback, Disclaimer, and Indemnity) will survive termination.
