Do you have a catalog?
- We do not have a printed catalog, however, the website functions as an online collection of the products currently available for purchase.
Can I request samples?
- Yes. Sample Packs are available of purchase here and are shipped with a Discount Code that can be used towards future purchases at Ecoluxe Paper Goods.
How much do your Invitations cost?
- This varies depending on the product and quantity. All prices are available on each product page, and most offer a 'quantity discount' where the price per unit decreases as your quantity goes up.
What’s included in the cost?
- Each product page includes specific details about what is included (or not included) - please carefully review the descriptive text that is listed with each product to be sure you know what you will receive. When in doubt, contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
How far in advance should I order my custom-printed stationery?
- For baron*cards products, we recommend you order as soon as you have enough details to complete your wording. Most customers order their Wedding Invitations 3-4 months before the wedding date if they plan to mail them 6-8 weeks before the event. If you have a RUSH request, please contact us so that we may recommend a solution.
Can I re-order stationery that I have already personalized?
- Yes, you can. Please contact us with your requirements and we can advise you on how we will proceed with your reprint. We recommend you order items at the same time to ensure consistent color across all stationery pieces. While every effort is made during press calibration to conform to a single standard, due to the nature of the printing process, there will still be slight variance from one press job to another.
Product Customization
I love one of the designs, but want it in a different color. How can I do this?
- Most of the designs are already available in different colors. However, if you want to specify your own color scheme you can do so by adding Design Customization to your order.
Do you create custom designs?
- We currently do not offer design services for completely custom designs. However, you can personalize your design by selecting the fonts, colors and even editing the text layout for a look that is unique to you.
Do you send me a proof even if I have created one using the Card Customizer?
- All orders will have a final proof emailed back as confirmation before moving forward with production. Once you have submitted your wording and made your font and color choices in the Card Customizer, a professional designer will review the selections and a digital proof will be sent to you via email just to ensure everything was received as you had intended. You can then choose to APPROVE or REQUEST A SET OF CHANGES (one set of changes are included).
How can I get a printed proof?
- You can add a printed proof to your order after you have submitted your wording, font and color selections through the Card Customizer.
I'm having problems with the Card Customizer. Help!
- We have compiled common questions with regards to the Card Customizer. Please review those FAQs here. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact us for assistance.
Can I just submit my wording to you and have you do the typesetting/proofing?
- You can submit your wording two ways: the first is by using our "Card Customizer", where you can select fonts and colors within a design template. Once you have placed your order, a professional designer
will review your submission and send you a digital proof by email. At this point you can choose to approve the design for printing, or request a round of edits.
Additionally, you can have a designer help you with your typesetting and proofing. We request that you submit as much information as possible via the Card Customizer and from there we can work with you to layout your text. If you are unable to use the Card Customizer for any reason, please let us know.
I’m stuck with the wording – do you have examples to show me?
- We're currently building a reference sheet to help with wording. In the meantime, we recommend verseit.com as a valuable resource to assist you with your wording.
Do you have ‘wedding website’ enclosure cards? How do I include this information?
- There are a few ways you can include this information. If your wedding invitation is less formal and you have the room with spacing, you can include your wedding website address as part of the versing. Alternatively, you can include an enclosure card with the website address and any other important details. Finally, many of the baron*cards stationery pieces can incorporate double-sided printing. This is an excellent option for including website information since it can be quickly referenced on the back of the card, it is a more afforable option (compared to ordering an additional enclosure card) and it eliminates additional paper waste.
I want to include printing on the back of my Invitation. How do I choose what I want on the back?
- Double-sided printing is treated as it's own product. You can add-on 2nd Side Printing to most baron*cards products by clicking here and selecting the correct card size, design and color option. From there, you can select the "Customize Now" button to edit the text you'd like to include on the 2nd side.
What if I like the pattern only printed on the back of a card, but do not want text?
- You can just enter “Pattern only, no text” when you are customizing the 2nd Side Printing. Your Digital Proof will reflect your request, showing a patterned back without text.
Print and Production
What kind of printing do you offer?
- baron*cards products are printed on a digital offset press (flat ink) using FSC Certified papers in an FSC Certified facility. FSC is an international certification and labelling system that guarantees that the forest products you purchase come from responsibly managed forests and verified recycled sources. Will you print my recipient’s addresses on the mailing envelopes for me?
- At the moment, this is not an option. We can, however, print your return address on Reply (RSVP) Card envelopes, or on mailing envelopes.
Can you print my guests’ names on my placecards for me?
- We currently do not offer this service. Traditionally, placecards have names inscribed by hand. However, the placecards measure 5” x 3.5” (when opened flat) and can be fed through some desktop printers. We recommend you test with paper cut to these dimensions prior to ordering if you intend to print them on your own. Also, the placecards are a heavy, 100lb. cover stock, which is also a factor to consider when printing on your own.
Do you assemble my stationery package for me?
- Unless otherwise stated, please expect that your order will arrive "unassembled". In other words, you will have to stuff the cards into the envelopes, if required.
What kind of paper do you offer? Can I get a sample?
- baron*cards offers two different types of paper, each in White or Cream. We definitely encourage you to order a Sample Kit prior to ordering. This will give you an idea of the paper, print method and colors available. To order a Sample Kit, please click here.
Shipping and Returns
How long will my order take to ship to me?
Do you ship internationally?
- Orders currently ship within North America only. To encourage international shipping, please do not hesitate to express your interest in our products.
How do I know where my package is?
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. Please use the tracking information contained in this email to follow the status of your package. If you have ordered a Sample Pack and used the “stampsonly” voucher, your order will NOT have a tracking number as it will be shipped via regular post (USPS or Canada Post, using stamps) and generally takes 1-7 business days for Canadian delivery, or 3-10 business days to the US.
